Early Careers Campaign

 

There was a need for a bigger influx of employees across the company. Leading the design stream, I produced a new brand identity to attract a fresh, young audience to enroll in a career at Interserve.


A focus group of apprentices commented on my ideas for imagery and straplines.


With their feedback, I picked the phrase ‘Live Your Best Career’ with some portrait-style inspiring images of young people.


I went on to create the following materials for the Interserve career stand at the Birmingham NEC Careers Fair.
